Pumpkin Pudding

 

1 package sugar-free, instant vanilla pudding
2 cups skim milk
1-14oz can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon

Using LDF skim milk, follow package directions for pudding. Blend in pumpkin and cinnamon.

1 cup serving has 105 calories, no fat,  and 4 grams of fiber
